BEBITZ FLANGES WORKS PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated on November 2004 and name of the company has changed to BFN FORGINGS PRIVATE LIMITED with effect from 14th August 2020. The plant is located at Survey No. 140/2, Sarawali Village, Boisar in Palghar District, Maharashtra State about 100 km away from Mumbai. The plant is well equipped with good infrastructure to manufacture all types of Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel and Stainless Steel flanges. BFN always believes in satisfying its customers by providing quality products, meeting specified requirements and continuous improvements in their product to meet the quality expectations of the international market.

BFN has created its market niche by delivering quality goods at competitive prices with adequate service as support. BFN is a major player in the Export Market of Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel and Stainless Steel flanges & fittings from India. BFN has already developed export market for its products in more than 20 countries like Germany, USA, U.K, Korea, Turkey, Canada, Taiwan, North & South America and Australia. At present BFN has a Capacity to produce and supply around 20000 MT of Forgings & Machining capability of 12000 MT of forged flanges per annum.

BFN FORGINGS PRIVATE LIMITED is an approved brand globally and well certified company having - ISO 9000:2015, PED AD 2000-Merkblatt W0., DNV-GL, BV for Ship building, Shell, EIL, BASF, BP, DUPONT, FLOUR, Canadian Registration Numbers, etc.

Product range of BFN includes Carbon, Alloy and Stainless Steel products as per applicable ASTM/ASME, DIN, JIS, CSA & BS Standards. Specific customer requirements are always considered & implemented.

BFN has installed imported as well as indigenously developed machineries and manufacturing facilities to produce different categories of products. The company is having in house facility for forging & machining to produce forged flanges & fittings.

Process control and monitoring is a primary concern, to regulate important parameters of manufacturing process. The timely calibration of instruments and deployment of trained personnel ensures product reliability.

The Quality Assurance Department has centralized in-house facilities for Chemical/Mechanical/ Metallurgical testing.
